[Saba Sports News] The Post reports that Arsenal are in talks with Trossard over a new contract that would see a significant pay rise as a reward for his performances since joining the club.

Trossard is recovering from an injury sustained while on international duty with Belgium. He signed a four-year contract with Arsenal in January 2023, earning £90,000 a week. If an agreement can be reached on a renewal, his new weekly pay will rise to six figures.
Trossard has developed into an important player since joining Arsenal and the Gunners want to reward him for his performances. Trossard has attracted interest from Saudi clubs, but Arsenal have rejected the offer.
Trossard is expected to suffer a serious bruise, not a serious injury, but is doubtful for this week’s game.
Trossard has made 15 appearances for Arsenal this season, scoring two goals and one aid.
