[Saba Sports News] Stephen Holt and Kier John ‘Bong’ Quinto will present at Novotel Manila Araneta next week Won individual honors for the first time at the 30th annual PBA Journalists Association Awards Night in City.

Holt, a sophomore rookie from Barangay Ginebra, will lead the selection to the All-rookie team, while Kintoh, a defender from Meralco, will be honored with the Mr. Quality Minutes Award. This honor was chosen by the journalists who cover PBA events throughout the year, and the selection committee was led by Vladi Eduarte, editor-in-chief of Abante Group of Publishing.
Holt, 32, was the 48th Rookie of the Year and was voted unanimously. He will be joined by Northport’s Cade Flores, Rain or Shine’s Adrian Nocum, Phoenix’s Ken Tuffen on the all-rookie team Mr. Tuffin was selected, along with Kemark Carino of Terrafirma.
The 6-4 Filipino-American graduate of St. Mary’s College in California was de La Ferma’s No. 1 draft pick last season and led the team to its first playoff appearance in eight years in the Philippine Cup.
