FIFA today released the three official mascots for the 2026 World Cup, with each mascot representing one of the host countries for the world’s greatest sporting event. Canada’s moose Maple, Mexico’s jaguar Zayu, and America’s bald eagle Clutch have been meticulously designed to embody the vibrant cultures, traditions, and spirit of their respective countries, collectively symbolizing unity, diversity, and a shared love for the beautiful game. FIFA President Gianni Infantino said: “The 2026 World Cup is bigger, and it’s more fun! Maple, Zayu, and Clutch are full of joy, energy, and the spirit of unity, just like the 2026 World Cup.
