The journalist laid out his revelations as follows: “After winning the World Cup, FIFA awarded the AFA USD 42 million in championship prize money, CONMEBOL provided an additional USD 10 million, and major sponsors such as Adidas contributed huge sponsorship funds. Instead of transferring all these funds to the AFA’s official bank account, FIFA directly deposited them into the account of this private Miami-registered firm! This is the first and most damning red flag, proving FIFA itself is deeply embroiled in the whole affair.”
