[Saba Sports News] You can take Alex Caruso out of the Los Angeles Lakers, but you can’t take the Lakers out of Alex Caruso.
The Chicago Bulls guard went viral this week for his new tattoo, revealed on his Instagram Story on Sunday. Caruso showed off a tattoo of the late Kobe Bryant on his left thigh, featuring Bryant’s iconic pose with the Larry O’Brien Trophy after the 2001 NBA Finals. Caruso, who spent his first four NBA seasons with the Lakers and was part of their 2020 championship team, has kept his Lakers connection strong.
Now 30, Caruso joined the Bulls as a free agent in 2021 and has since earned two All-Defensive Team selections in Chicago. His new tattoo is a heartfelt tribute to Bryant, joining other basketball figures who honor the Lakers legend.
