[Saba Sports News] McLaren driver Lando Norris recently shared his views on the new season during a media interview, stating that he believes the 2025 season will be highly competitive, predicting that multiple teams will contend for the championship, reflecting his optimistic outlook on the F1 competitive landscape. However, Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso disagreed, feeling that Norris’ comments were overly optimistic. He believes that as a driver from a team likely to compete for the championship, Norris may not fully understand the challenges and difficulties faced by mid-tier teams. In his view, if Norris were in a mid-tier team, he might not predict such a competitive championship race. I think the competitive landscape in F1 is indeed constantly changing. In recent years, with technological advancements and improved driver skills, multiple teams have been capable of competing for the championship. However, this does not mean that every team can easily achieve that goal, as championship contention often depends on a combination of various factors.
