[Saba Sports News] Recently, two-time Indianapolis 500 champion Arie Luyendyk publicly expressed hope that Max Verstappen would move to IndyCar after retiring from F1, praising the four-time F1 champion’s comprehensive abilities and calling him an amazing genius who is calm-headed and highly effective. At the same time, Luyendyk compared Verstappen’s performance with Lando Norris during race radio communications. He recalled watching the Brazilian Grand Prix, noting that he observed a significant contrast between Verstappen and Norris in their radio exchanges, describing Norris’ tone and reactions as “like a 12-year-old child,” while Verstappen’s communication was more mature, like that of a 30-year-old veteran, calm and decisive. Although Verstappen’s contract with Red Bull extends until 2028, speculation about his future has never ceased. Recently, Verstappen drove a GT3 car at the Nürburgring, sparking external speculation about his interest in other racing series.
