[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Arsenal is set to take strong measures against ticket reselling. Reports suggest that Arsenal has revoked the rights to 24 season tickets from the previous season due to lack of usage. The club aims to tighten its management of scalping activities to ensure a consistently full stadium. In response to increased ticket demand, the club introduced a new policy last season, requiring season ticket holders to attend a minimum of 17 out of 22 games. If fans are unable to fulfill this requirement, they are encouraged to transfer their season tickets through Arsenal’s ticketing website to prevent expiration. In the upcoming season, season ticket holders will need to attend at least 20 out of 23 games, or their tickets will be canceled. Additionally, the club plans to crack down on unauthorized reselling, resulting in the banning of 20,000 members and 54 season ticket holders. Arsenal will continue investing in combating ticket reselling in the new season and implement enhanced online protection measures. The club also plans to allocate more resources to support these efforts.
