[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Manchester United’s Carrington training base, which underwent a costly renovation, is now highly favored by players, with many of its facilities being fully utilized. The report stated that the extent of improvements following the £50 million renovation of the Carrington training base is evident. Last Sunday evening, long after the team bus arrived around 9:30 PM, several players remained at the training ground, making full use of the upgraded facilities. After Manchester United’s victory over Liverpool, about six or seven players spent time in ice baths, hot tubs, and saunas to aid their recovery—even though they had arrived at Carrington at 11:30 AM that day for pre-match meals and team meetings. On Monday, the entire team returned to the training ground. Players who featured in Sunday’s match engaged in light gym sessions and recovery, while those who did not play participated in more intense training on the grass. Tuesday was a rest day for all Manchester United players.
