[Saba Sports News] Recently, Kylian Mbappe’s legal team held a press conference regarding the financial dispute between Paris Saint-Germain and Mbappe, demanding that Paris Saint-Germain pay the €55 million in salary owed to Mbappe. A member of Mbappe’s legal team, Thomas Clay, stated: “In this matter, Paris Saint-Germain Club has shown contempt for the law: neither abiding by the labor contract nor respecting the rulings of French judicial authorities. Eventually, we decided to take strong measures and demand the enforcement of the relevant rulings. As a result, we filed an application with the Paris Judicial Court’s enforcement judge yesterday and were authorized to seize Paris Saint-Germain Club’s bank accounts. This morning, through the preservation seizure process, we have frozen €55 million in funds in Paris Saint-Germain’s bank accounts.” In response, Paris Saint-Germain stated that his lawyers claim Mbappe is different from other employees. However, we believe the opposite is true; Mbappe is just an ordinary employee like everyone else and must respect the commitments he has made publicly and privately to his employer multiple times. During his seven years at Paris Saint-Germain, he has received unprecedented preferential treatment from the club.
