[Saba Sports News] Ferrari has officially announced that 21-year-old Swedish rookie Dino Beganovic will drive Charles Leclerc’s car during the first practice session of the Austrian Grand Prix this weekend. This is Beganovic’s second time replacing Leclerc at an F1 event this season, following his appearance at the Bahrain Grand Prix in April. As a member of Ferrari’s junior program, Beganovic has drawn a lot of attention in recent years. Currently, he is competing in F2 with Hitech GP, and has already stood on the podium twice in the first 12 races of the 2025 season, showing great potential. Early this year, he also represented Red Bull at the Barcelona test with the old car, marking his first official F1 race. Data shows that Beganovic made his official F1 debut at the Bahrain Grand Prix this year, finishing 14th. This week, he will get another valuable opportunity to drive at the Red Bull Ring, partnering with Ferrari’s new signing Lewis Hamilton for the first practice session.
