Directed by Joseph Kosinski, who also directed “Top Gun: Maverick,” Brad Pitt not only stars but also serves as a producer. His collaboration with F1 legend Lewis Hamilton adds authenticity to the racing elements in the film. In the movie, Pitt plays a retired F1 driver who pauses his racing career due to a horrific accident. Invited by an old friend, the owner of the APXGP racing team, Pitt decides to return and mentor a talented rookie, chasing the honor of the APEX Grand Prix together. Notably, the filming incorporated the real environment of an F1 Grand Prix weekend, showcasing the fierce competition between teams and providing viewers with a unique immersive experience. Additionally, numerous famous F1 drivers, including Hamilton, George Russell, and Max Verstappen, make appearances in the film, creating an authentic racing atmosphere.
