[Saba Sports News] Jimmy Butler isn’t on Team USA’s roster for the Paris Olympics and has been enjoying his offseason. Earlier this month, Butler had a hilarious encounter with a young Brazilian fan.
Kid: “Good afternoon.”
Jimmy Butler: “Did you call me African?”
Kid: “No, afternoon.”
Jimmy Butler: “Oh, good afternoon? Good afternoon. I thought you said, ‘You were a good African.'”
With English not being the kid’s first language, Butler’s confusion was understandable, and they quickly cleared it up. Butler had several other funny interactions with the group.
In one clip, he failed at juggling a football, and in another, they watched as a Ferrari got towed by the cops. The kid even jumped out of the car, shirtless and dancing, causing Butler to facepalm.
It looks like Butler has been having a blast this offseason, traveling through Spain, Germany, and France on a European tour.
