[Saba Sports News] Recent reports from French
media indicate that Kylian Mbappe, the current star of Ligue 1 club Paris
Saint-Germain, will be departing from the team at the end of the season.
However, sources have revealed that Paris Saint-Germain has requested Mbappe to
handle his departure in a way that includes compensation and sharing of signing
fees, drawing attention to this matter. When news of Mbappe’s decision to leave
surfaced in February, the French club stated that they would not comment on the
situation until an agreement was reached. Nevertheless, PSG sources have
explained their desire for Mbappe to show respect to the team and provide
compensation for his departure. This news holds some credibility for a couple
of reasons. Firstly, Paris Saint-Germain is a club known for its financial
stability. Secondly, according to regulations, Mbappe would not owe
compensation to the team, as he had already given up 80 million euros in
loyalty bonuses, which should be sufficient to maintain the club’s reputation.
It is worth noting that although Mbappe has not disclosed his future
destination, there appears to be a strong connection between him and La Liga
giants Real Madrid.
