[Saba Sports News] Sofyan Amrabat, the
Moroccan international, made his debut for Manchester United in the match
against Burnley, leaving a lasting impression on the fans. However, recent
reports from the Daily Mail revealed that Amrabat was on the verge of joining
Liverpool. It was disclosed that Liverpool’s coach, Jurgen Klopp, personally
reached out to Amrabat and extended an invitation to join the club.
Nevertheless, the transfer collapsed at the final moment due to issues within
Amrabat’s agent team. They expressed dissatisfaction with the commission ratio,
resulting in a 24-hour halt in negotiations between the two parties. During
this period, Liverpool shifted their focus and secured the signing of
21-year-old Ryan Gravenberch.
