[Saba Sports News] Netflix has announced that a new series depicting the life and career of Ayrton Senna da Silva will premiere on November 29th of this year. The film and television series are produced by Brazilian filmmaker Fabiano Gullane in collaboration with the Senna family, who have granted the project “unprecedented access.” The series aims to portray the personality and family relationships of the three-time F1 champion, starting from his move to Britain in 1981 to compete in the Formula Ford 1600cc Championship, and culminating in the tragic accident that claimed his life during the 1994 San Marino F1 Grand Prix. With the support of the Senna family, the film extensively features locations associated with Senna, including his childhood home in the state of Sao Paulo. Senna’s sister mentioned in an interview that the film will reveal lesser-known aspects of his life, and the Senna family is dedicated to making this project truly unique and unprecedented. The series is shot simultaneously in English and Brazilian Portuguese, offering fans a different perspective on Senna.
