Sane stated: “Looking back, I realize I was too young at the time. If I had to make the decision now, I would choose differently. I am someone who learns from mistakes, especially when I am young. Even though it’s painful, I can overcome it.” One of the most memorable moments of Sane’s career was when he scored in Manchester City’s 5-3 victory over Monaco in the Champions League, marking his first goal in the competition for the club. To commemorate this achievement, Sane got a full-back tattoo, which made headlines when he unveiled it to the public in 2017. However, Sane now admits that he regrets the decision.
