[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, with Manchester United having no games for 24 days, Benjamin Šeško complained to a fan about the excessively long break between matches. There will be a 24-day gap between Manchester United’s next fixture and their previous game against Bournemouth. This marks the club’s longest scheduled break within a single season since the reign of Queen Victoria (1837–1901). Manchester United played against Bournemouth last Friday night. Having failed to qualify for the FA Cup quarter-finals the following weekend, they will not feature again until their clash with Leeds United on April 14 (Beijing Time). Even Manchester United’s players have been venting about the prolonged international break. Šeško withdrew from Slovenia’s national team squad due to a minor injury and will miss the current international fixtures. Journalist Samuel Luckhurst revealed that Šeško told a fan the break was “far too long”.
