[Saba Sports News] A renowned supermodel recently experienced a reduction in her VIP perks at Madison Square Garden, seemingly due to her inconsistent support. Ian Mohr of Page Six reports that Emily Ratajkowski was refused complimentary tickets to a New York Rangers game at the Garden. This decision follows an incident where Ratajkowski, along with model Irina Shayk, received free courtside seats for a Knicks game but left early, missing the team’s dramatic comeback victory.
The models were prominently seated in MSG’s “Celebrity Row” for the Knicks’ crucial game against the Miami Heat on November 24. The Knicks made an impressive turnaround, overcoming a 21-point gap to triumph 100-98, a moment Ratajkowski and Shayk did not witness due to their early departure.
A Madison Square Garden representative confirmed to Page Six that Ratajkowski wasn’t given free tickets for a recent Rangers game she wanted to attend. However, she was informed that she could always purchase premium seats. Ratajkowski’s representative did not issue a statement on the matter, but Mohr indicates that the model left the November 24 game early due to a childcare issue at home.
Considering the high cost and exclusivity of Knicks game floor seats, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Ratajkowski there again, albeit likely at her own expense.
