[Saba Sports News] Udonis Haslem, the Miami Heat legend, recently shared a humorous yet unsettling story about Portland’s nightlife on *The OG’s Podcast*.
Known for his bluntness, Haslem didn’t hold back when recounting a night he and former teammate Goran Dragic went to a Portland strip club.
“I call myself trying to grab a drink with Goran Dragic in Portland. That’s the scariest s*** I’ve ever seen. Like X-Files. You think you’re getting a drink? You’re walking into *The Walking Dead*,” Haslem joked, describing the scene. He went on to say, “You pay them to keep their clothes on. I’m from Miami, man, this ain’t it.”
Haslem, used to the vibrant nightlife of Miami, was clearly unimpressed, even suggesting Portland could use a “nightlife workshop” from Miami. His tale had everyone laughing, but the message was clear—Portland’s nightlife isn’t for him.
Comparing the experience to a horror movie, Haslem made it clear he won’t be spending his nights off in Portland anytime soon.
