[Saba Sports News] According to UK media reports, Viktor Gyokeres was spotted sunbathing in Greece while waiting for offers from Arsenal and Manchester United, who are weighing their options for forward transfers. The 27-year-old was seen soaking up the sun on the Greek island of Mykonos, wearing striped swim trunks and sunglasses, on a private yacht. Gyokeres was with a group of friends and appeared to be in high spirits. With both Arsenal and Manchester United reported to be interested in signing him, speculation about his future has increased. Last season, Gyokeres played 52 times for Benfica and scored 54 goals. He has already contacted the club’s president to request a transfer, but his high price could be a barrier for the Gunners and Red Devils. It is reported that Gyökeres believed he had reached an agreement with Benfica last summer: the club would accept a €70 million fee. However, Benfica now seems to be holding out for a higher fee, and his current contract contains a €100 million release clause. Benfica’s president accused Gyokeres’ team of trying to “bully” the club, while Gyokeres said he would “speak at the right time” and threatened to go on strike.
