[Saba Sports News] During the post-season test in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, Japanese F1 driver Yuki Tsunoda drove the Red Bull RB20 for the first time, completing a full day of testing. Although lap times do not directly reflect the car’s performance, Tsunoda gave positive feedback on the RB20’s performance. In an interview, Tsunoda stated that he had previously only experienced the RB20’s characteristics in a simulator and found the car very suited to his driving style, while feeling that he still had much to learn. The team was well-prepared for this test; today’s session was very successful, and the atmosphere within the team was excellent. This experience helped him understand why the RB20 could contend for the championship this year. Tsunoda noted that the driving experience was completely different from that of other cars. He hopes that his performance in this test will earn the recognition of the Red Bull team’s management and possibly give him a chance to replace Sergio Perez as one of the main drivers for the Red Bull team in 2025.
