[Saba Sports News] In the recently concluded
Serie A match, AC Milan secured a 3-1 victory over Roma at home, marking their
third consecutive win. AC Milan boss Gianni Cardinale attended the game in
person, and following their triumph, he went to the locker room to celebrate
with the players. He spent a few minutes with the coaches, players, and staff,
demonstrating his support and closeness to coach Stefano Pioli and the team.
Cardinale’s intention in doing so was to convey to the team that despite not
frequently attending matches in person, he pays close attention to them and
actively participates in all significant club activities. In August 2022,
Redbird Capital completed the acquisition of AC Milan for a purchase price of
1.2 billion euros. Redbird Capital is a private investment company from the
United States, founded by Cardinale in 2014. The company has invested in over
30 platform companies and acquired more than 80 companies, with a total
enterprise value exceeding $30 billion.
