[Saba Sports News] Liverpool officially announced the signing of Federico Chiesa on a long-term contract. Recently, Chiesa was interviewed by Liverpool’s official media and talked about Anfield Stadium. When asked about his first impressions after arriving in Liverpool, Chiesa said, “The people here are great. As my plane was about to land, I saw Anfield Stadium, and at that moment, I asked my wife to quickly play ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ because when I imagine myself playing at Anfield and hearing the fans singing and chanting, it’s really exciting.” When asked what it would feel like to actually step onto the Anfield pitch and hear the fans singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” Chiesa replied, “I’ll get goosebumps. That moment will be filled with emotion for me and my family.” The 26-year-old Chiesa, a winger, started his career at Fiorentina. Previously, Chiesa played for Juventus for four seasons, making 131 appearances, scoring 32 goals, and providing 23 assists.
