[Saba Sports News] In a Bundesliga match last weekend, Heidenheim defeated Augsburg 4-0 at home. Notably, Heidenheim forward Sirlord Conteh set the record for the fastest speed in Bundesliga history during this match. Conteh reached a speed of 36.67 km/h against Augsburg, breaking the previous record held by Dortmund player Karim Adeyemi, who had a speed of 36.65 km/h. The third-fastest speed in Bundesliga history was recorded by former Mainz player Saint Jacques at 36.63 km/h during the 2021/2022 season. This season, Conteh has made four appearances for Heidenheim, scoring one goal and providing two assists. Conteh commented, “I still need to keep improving. I have run at such speeds during sprint training.” Regarding his performance, Conteh said, “Assisting my teammates to score excites me. When things are going well, you dare to make moves, luck is on your side, and many things will succeed. When you know you have to work hard, you perform better in training.”
