[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, during the national team break, Marcus Rashford did not rest but instead engaged in extra training with a personal trainer. Reports indicate that when Erik ten Hag chose to substitute Alejandro Garnacho instead of Rashford during the match against Liverpool, Rashford faced ridicule from fans. In response, Rashford has been working hard outside his comfort zone at Carrington and Old Trafford. Rashford is training extra with personal trainer Ryan Hopper at Ashton United’s Hurst Cross Stadium in hopes of regaining form ahead of this weekend’s match against Southampton. Notably, Ryan Hopper is quite popular among Manchester United’s first team and young players and has worked with players like Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot. However, it is very challenging for Rashford to return to the form he had during Ten Hag’s first season at Old Trafford when he scored nearly 30 goals; he has failed to score in his last nine Premier League matches.
