[Saba Sports News] According to recent reports from foreign media, former Premier League player Jhon Duran has chosen to live in neighboring Bahrain instead of staying in Saudi Arabia after transferring to Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League. This decision stems from local regulations that prohibit cohabitation with partners unless married. Since Duran and his girlfriend are not married, they had to find an alternative. Ultimately, they decided to live in Bahrain, resulting in long daily commutes. He flies from Bahrain to Riyadh daily, spending 80 minutes in transit to train. Although the exact costs have not been disclosed, considering Duran’s high annual salary at Al Nassr, he is fully capable of bearing the commuting expenses. While this choice may impact his physical management and daily routine, given his professional background and team support, he is expected to overcome these challenges and continue performing excellently on the field.
