[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, during Arsenal’s loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League match, an Arsenal fan was filmed making derogatory and homophobic remarks. The video, which went viral on social media, was allegedly taken in the home team stands at the Parc des Princes. In the footage, a hat-wearing Arsenal fan emotionally berates a group of fans: “Damn Muslim terrorists,” angrily pointing and then yelling, “Shut up, you fking queer,” repeating homophobic slurs multiple times. Midway through the video, the footage becomes blurry due to mutual abuse, but the fan continues shouting: “Fking queer,” ending by thumping his chest. It’s worth noting that a worse incident occurred during this thrilling Champions League semifinal. When Paris fans were celebrating their advancement to the final in the city center, a car plowed into the crowd before being torched by a mob of youths. Local police sources reported: “The worst incident involved a car ramming into the Parisian crowd, injuring at least three people, one seriously, with several others thrown aside. Afterward, thugs chased the vehicle, stopped it in an alley, and set it ablaze.”
