According to reports, during training, An Se-young often shouted “ah ah ah,” revealing her limits in physical endurance. It is known that Coach Park’s training begins in the morning with up to three sessions per day: morning practice, afternoon technical sessions, and evening physical training. Athletes get little rest. Especially for singles players, they must continuously return serves for 1.5 hours without breaks, which is a very demanding workload.
