News of their separation emerged in January this year. Sources indicate that divorce between Guardiola and Serra is now imminent. The newly acquired property is located in an upscale, tree-lined neighborhood in the Pedralbes district of Barcelona. Notably, it is very close to the £8.5 million family home that Guardiola and his wife jointly purchased in February 2021. A source described the new property: a spacious residence with spectacular city views and high-end finishes, offering both convenient access and the tranquility of the city’s upper areas, allowing Guardiola to “recharge.” Reports state that the couple initially hired the same lawyer to handle the divorce, but the tone of the negotiations is said to have shifted from initially “friendly” to now “cordial.”
