[Saba Sports News] During a recent Los Angeles Lakers game against the New York Knicks, an unexpected and furry fan captured the spotlight. Brodie the Goldendoodle, a popular dog with over 1 million Instagram followers, made a remarkable appearance at the Crypto.com Arena. Brodie, known for his adventures and appearances at various sporting events across the country, including Marlins and Heats games, found himself in one of the best seats in the house, even rivaling those of celebrities like Timothée Chalamet.
The adorable canine became the center of attention when he enthusiastically danced during a game break, catching the eye of ESPN’s play-by-play announcer, Mike Breen. Breen, surprised and amused by Brodie’s antics, mentioned the dog’s unusual presence during the live broadcast.
Brodie, at three years old, is no stranger to the limelight, often accompanying his owner to various sporting events. For the Lakers game, he showed his support by wearing an Austin Reaves shirt. Despite the fun and games, the night ended on a slightly disappointing note for Brodie, as the Lakers fell to the Knicks with a score of 114-109.
