[Saba Sports News] Devin Booker had 27 points and nine assists as the Phoenix SUNS beat the Golden State Warriors 113-105 in the NBA regular season. After the game, Booker said of Stephen Curry in an interview: “Obviously, Stephen is watched, and you make a little mistake and he makes you pay. I thought the game plan we had for him and the discipline we maintained to make every move difficult for him was really great.”

Although Curry exploded in the second half, scoring 21 points in one quarter, he had only two points in the first half and struggled to turn the game around. Curry finished the game with 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists on 8 of 21 shooting, 3 of 10 from three-point range and 4 of 5 free throws in 32 minutes. Still, the SUNS came out on top thanks to Booker’s brilliance and a team effort.
