(SabaSports) LeBron James should transition into a Magic Johnson-style point guard role, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal said on the show about the Lakers.
“If I was James, I’d give the ball to Anthony Davis because I already have all the records,” O ‘Neal said. I will ask AD to score more points. Lebron can still do what he does, but he doesn’t have to hold the ball all the time. Reeves can be the No. 2 scorer and lebron can be like Magic Johnson and get everyone involved and get the team going.”
The comments sparked talk of a shake-up in the Lakers’ tactics, with many looking forward to seeing what James can do in the new season.
