[Saba Sports News] La Liga Real Valladolid officials have announced that Pezzolano, 41, is no longer first-team coach. It also makes him the second coach to be sacked in La Liga during the 2024-25 season. It was Ronaldo, the Baradolid owner, who made the decision to sack Pezzolano that the fans were most unhappy with.

Valladolid played host to Atletico Madrid in the 15th round of La Liga, only to suffer a 5-0 home defeat without putting up a fight. Lenglet, Alvarez, De Paul, Griezmann and Sørloth scored one goal each to thoroughly break down Valladolid’s defence.
Just two hours later, Valladolid announced that the cooperation with Pezzolano was over and the Uruguayan coach would no longer be the team’s coach. Pezzolano has coached Valladolid for 70 games and led the club to promotion to La Liga last year. The club would like to wish Pezzolano all the best for the future, his career and life.
