She frankly said, “Learning English is more difficult than learning badminton.” She learned English to make more friends from other countries. She explained: “When communicating with others, I don’t know those words, don’t understand their meanings, and can’t remember them either, which makes me stuck in my thoughts, forgetting which word to use. But I will continue to work hard on it.” An Se-young has shown extraordinary talent in the badminton field, and after years of training and competitions, she has achieved excellent results.
