[Saba Sports News] According to French media reports, it has been confirmed by doctors that Lens defender Kevin Danso’s heart is healthy and he can continue playing football. Danso is an Austrian international center-back who was very close to joining Roma this summer but failed the transfer due to heart issues discovered during his medical examination. Afterward, Danso returned to Lens and underwent multiple further examinations while missing several matches for both club and country. Reports state that on Friday local time, doctors Sanjay Sharma and Magdi Saba issued a medical clearance for Danso: “After a comprehensive examination of Danso’s heart, no myocardial scars or electrical abnormalities were detected that could lead to dangerous arrhythmias. Based on current test results, we believe he is fit to play football.” This means that after months of waiting and anxiety, Danso can finally return to the field and bring more exciting moments for fans. In response, Danso stated: “Enough is enough; thank God I’m back and stronger than ever. See you on the pitch.”
