Esteban Ocon frustrated by communication issues at Alpine

This year, the team has only scored 11 points, marking Renault’s worst performance since returning to F1 as a manufacturer team in 2016. According to statistics, Ocon has experienced a series of changes within Alpine, especially in the management level, with 12 team leaders and 5 technical directors leaving. The frequent changes in high-level positions have made communication between the team and the driver difficult.
