[Saba Sports News] Former F1 driver and now commentator David Coulthard shared his thoughts on the driving styles of current F1 drivers during a racing program, stating that Max Verstappen is a complete “villain” on the track, always ruthless during races. In contrast, Lewis Hamilton, who was once seen as having an aggressive driving style, is much more merciful. Coulthard further explained his viewpoint, comparing Verstappen to F1’s “trash talker” Conor McGregor, who enjoys a very open rules environment in mixed martial arts, where everything is allowed except for eye-gouging and groin strikes. In comparison, Lando Norris is described as a very talented boxer; if the rules were strict, Norris could win based on his talent. However, with Verstappen currently dominating, using loopholes effectively, he has become both the ruler and villain on the track. Coulthard believes that Norris will achieve success in the future, winning many races and eventually becoming an F1 world champion.
