[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Feyenoord is demanding that Liverpool pay an additional £2 million in termination fees for Arne Slot’s team. Reports indicate that Slot plans to bring his Feyenoord coaching team to Liverpool, including Sipke Hulshoff, Etienne Reijnen, and Ruben Peeters. Among them, Hulshoff’s situation is the most complicated as he is set to be an assistant to the Dutch national team coach Ronald Koeman at Euro 2024, while Liverpool hopes he can commence work for them on July 1. Reports claim that Liverpool have agreed to pay Feyenoord £11 million in compensation but have been informed they will need to pay an additional £2 million for Slot’s assistants. Previously, Slot told the media that there are numerous reasons why he has not announced his coaching move to Liverpool, but expects a resolution soon, noting that some issues require additional time to address.
