[Saba Sports News] Recently, seven-time F1 world champion and Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton shared sad news with his fans on social media: his beloved dog Roscoe passed away last night. Hamilton wrote: “Lost my best friend last night. Thank you for all the love you’ve shown him over the years. Forever Roscoe. After four days of life support, fighting with every bit of strength he had, I had to make the toughest decision of my life and say goodbye to Roscoe. He never stopped fighting until the very end. I feel so grateful and honored to have shared my life with such a beautiful soul, an angel, and a true friend. Bringing Roscoe into my life was the best decision I ever made, and I will forever cherish the memories we created together. Although I lost Coco, I had never before been in the position myself to let a dog sleep, although I know my mother and many close friends have. It’s one of the most painful experiences, and I deeply empathize with everyone who has experienced the loss of a beloved pet. Although it’s tough, having him was one of the best parts of life, and we loved each other deeply. Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown Roscoe over the years. Witnessing and feeling it was so special.”
