[Saba Sports News] At the 2025 F1 Canadian Grand Prix, Ferrari once again missed out on a podium finish, prompting strong dissatisfaction from Lewis Hamilton. Despite leading teammate Charles Leclerc in qualifying, Hamilton ultimately finished behind Leclerc, placing fifth and sixth respectively. Such performance from a traditionally strong team aiming for championships cannot be deemed satisfactory. After the race, Hamilton again expressed concerns to the media regarding the SF-25 car’s lack of competitiveness and directly stated that the team must quickly implement upgrade solutions. However, Hamilton’s concerns go beyond just the car itself; his words subtly hint at deeper issues within the Ferrari team. Hamilton said he wished he could tell you what happened, but he couldn’t, adding that many things were happening behind the scenes. The seven-time F1 World Champion refused to reveal further details, but his tone conveyed distrust of the current team operation. Since Hamilton’s move from Mercedes to Ferrari, his performance has fallen far short of expectations. On the driver’s championship standings, he ranks sixth with only 79 points, whereas Leclerc has accumulated 104 points. In terms of team performances, Leclerc leads with an 8-1 record. This not only reflects Hamilton’s incomplete adaptation to the SF-25 car but also suggests that the team may not be fully allocating resources in his favor.
