Through onboard footage from the Saudi Grand Prix, it was found that the seven-time world champion’s steering wheel violently vibrated during high-speed turns, a rare phenomenon that directly exposed the fundamental conflict between man and machine. Brundle openly stated on Sky Sports’ in-depth analysis: “When someone of Hamilton’s historical caliber cannot handle the car, it clearly indicates problems with the car setup.” Of particular note is that during the Saudi Grand Prix, when Hamilton fought with Lando Norris, the rear of the SF-25 car was abnormally active, forcing him to adjust the steering wheel up to 17 times; while Charles Leclerc needed to adjust only five times at the same corner. This comparison confirms the technical team’s concerns: the SF-25 car designed for the ground effect rules has fatal conflicts with Hamilton’s signature “delayed braking” style.
