[Saba Sports News] As the new F1 season approaches, renowned driver Lewis Hamilton has switched from Mercedes to Ferrari. Recently, Red Bull team advisor Helmut Marko expressed his outlook for the new season in a media interview, confidently stating that Hamilton cannot defeat Max Verstappen. Marko commented: “Verstappen is the most complete driver in modern F1, capable of being 0.1 to 0.2 seconds faster per lap than others. As long as our car does not suffer catastrophic failures, the championship will still belong to Verstappen this season.” Even with Hamilton at Ferrari, Marko believes Hamilton poses no significant threat to Verstappen. “While Marko, as an advisor to Red Bull, may hold Verstappen in high regard, it does not directly mean he is confident that Hamilton cannot defeat Verstappen. In the highly competitive and unpredictable realm of F1 racing, any outcome is possible, and we cannot completely rule out the possibility of Hamilton beating Verstappen in a race.”
