[Saba Sports News] As the 2026 season approaches, significant personnel changes have once again occurred within the Red Bull Racing team. Several senior executives have confirmed their departure from the Red Bull Racing headquarters in Milton Keynes, a move viewed by outsiders as part of the team’s ongoing restructuring under a new management framework.
It is reported that four senior executives from key departments, including marketing, communications, and human resources, have left the organization. Sources revealed that these changes took place shortly after the team’s leadership addressed employees in an internal meeting, where management sought to reassure staff in the wake of the shock caused by the resignation of former team principal Christian Horner in July 2025 and the dismissal of two senior executive directors.
Notably, the departing employees were not explicitly informed of the specific reasons for their exits. Consequently, many believe this is linked to the team’s desire to completely move on from the old management era and further adjust its internal structure. Among those leaving are Joe Fleet, the human resources director who had been with the team since 2013; Julia George, the partnership affairs director appointed in 2022; Smith Wright, who became the group marketing director at the end of 2024; and senior communications manager Hurdworth, who joined the team in 2021. Hurdworth is particularly well-known among fans for his previous role as the press officer for Sergio Perez.
