[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media, the residents’ association around the Bernabeu has accused the stadium of excessive noise levels during large concerts, surpassing the city’s legal noise limits. The 53rd Court of Madrid, presided over by Monica Aguirre de la Quista, accepted the complaint filed by the affected residents’ association against the management of Real Madrid’s Bernabeu Stadium and its administrator Jose Angel Sanchez Perez. The accused are summoned to appear in court on October 24, facing charges of environmental harm. The complaint covers all concerts held since April 26, claiming that noise levels exceeded legal limits without any measures taken to mitigate the noise from these large events. The residents’ association has previously filed multiple lawsuits against the Bernabeu, including a successful campaign against the construction of a nearby parking lot a few months ago.
