(SabaSports) The first round of the 24-25 Premier League season has ended in seven games, six of which have been won and lost, and only one draw. Here are the latest standings and highlights.

Last season’s runners-up Arsenal won 2-0 at home to Wolves. A tacit pass between Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz got the team off to a good start. Arsenal, who finished just two points behind Manchester City last season, will focus more on the details this season in their bid to win the title.
Liverpool also won 2-0 away to promoted Ipswich Town. The Reds finished with 62 per cent possession and an 18-7 shot advantage. Mohamed Salah set up Diogo Jota for the opening goal in the 60th minute of the second half, before Salah himself scored his first goal of the new season. Liverpool remain Manchester City’s main rivals this season.
Manchester United secured three points at home with a 1-0 win over Fulham thanks to a goal from new addition Joshua Zirkzee. Although the Red Devils finished eighth last season, they are eager to bounce back and the first round win is a positive start.
