[Saba Sports News] Aaron Black underwent successful meniscus surgery last week and plans to return to the Meralco Bolts in October.

“The surgery went well and now I’m running. I felt much better after surgery, “Black said.
Blake missed the Power’s championship game in the PBA Philippine Cup, the team’s first title since joining the league in 2010. Blake was injured during the Power’s playoff run, but fortunately avoided ACL surgery.
Still, he underwent meniscus surgery. Black is currently feeling fine and hopes to be fully recovered and back on the team by the time of the PBA Governors’ Cup quarterfinals next month.
During his recovery, Black took an active role as a cheerleader to show support for his teammates.
