[Saba Sports News] The new NBA season kicked off this month, and recently former Real Madrid star Iker Casillas attended a game between the Brooklyn Nets and the Milwaukee Bucks. Upon arrival, Casillas received a warm welcome from the Nets, and after the game, he was presented with a customized jersey featuring his name—Nets number 1 jersey. The Nets won the game 115-102 against the Bucks, marking their first victory of the new season. Casillas played for Real Madrid for 16 years, joining the first team in 1999 and winning a total of 19 trophies with the club, including five La Liga titles and three Champions League titles. His career is considered legendary. During his time at Real Madrid, he was the team’s guardian angel, helping them win numerous domestic and European championships. As captain of the national team, he led Spain to multiple tournament victories; however, his career was abruptly ended by a sudden heart attack. Nevertheless, Casillas’s achievements will not be forgotten.
