[Saba Sports News] Recently, James Ratcliffe gave an exclusive interview where he discussed his views on the Glazer family. Critics believe that Manchester United’s ticket prices should be one-third of Fulham’s, but Ratcliffe disagrees, arguing that watching the world’s largest clubs should be more expensive. When asked about fan protests, Ratcliffe said, “This may be upsetting, and I might fail to ‘enjoy’ this aspect. I mean, I can endure it for a while. I don’t mind being unpopular because I know no one likes to see Manchester United in its current position, and no one likes the decisions we currently have to make. If I provoke some anger, I can endure it. But I am no different from ordinary people. It’s not good, especially for friends and family. So if it reaches the point where the Glazer family is being abused, then I have to say, guys, enough, let someone else do it. The Glazer family has stepped back somewhat, so all the abuse falls on me.” Additionally, Ratcliffe revealed that during a match against Fulham, someone from a car shouted insults at him, but he has not encountered any so-called threatening behavior.
