Watching cars zoom around the track at high speeds, along with the precise handling and intense overtaking maneuvers by drivers, exhilarates viewers. Since Liberty Media acquired F1 in 2017, it has taken steps to commercialize the sport, making it more youthful and global. The Netflix documentary series about F1 attracted a massive audience, with over 50 million subscribers watching, thus exposing more people to F1.
